Job Description

First Gold Gaming Resort in Spearfish, SD is seeking a Club Center and Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and members at both the Club Center and Hotel Front Desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs at the Hotel Front Desk
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist with reservations and booking arrangements
  • Keep the Club Center and Front Desk area clean and organized
  • Provide information on resort amenities and activities
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
